Return Policy :
1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a Return Request on stationeries.com.bd app or website within 14 days for groceries items and 7 days for non-groceries items from the date of delivery.
2. For device-related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the manufacturer/importer. For manufacturer/importer warranty, please contact the manufacturer/importer. The contact details of the manufacturer/importer can be found on the invoice. 3. For selected categories, we accept a "Change of Mind". Please refer to the returns policy per category below to check if the respective category is applicable for returns.
Valid reasons to return an item :-
1. Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
3. Delivered product is not as advertised (i.e. does not match product description or picture).
4. Delivered product does not fit.
5. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake/counterfeit item, or expired.)

How to get your money back against returned products:?
Once we receive your returned item, our customer service team will notify you immediately and we will provide a “tracking number” through SMS & E-MAIL.
Our Return Specialist will inspect the returned merchandise/product immediately and will confirm you the status of your refund. If your returned merchandise is approved for reimbursement, we will initiate refund to you as per your original mode of payment or credit card. If a promotional Voucher was used to make a purchase, refunds will be issued as a “Stationeries.com.bd Voucher” for the value of the item returned. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
Please note that - usually our return specialist inspects the returned product within 48 hours once we receive the returned package and a credit is applied to the payment method used on the original order. Besides, some credit cards may take additional 5-7 days for the credit to be reflected on your account. If you are a prepayment customer, please allow a maximum of 10 days for the credit to be applied while returning.
If you are “Cash on Delivery” customer, you have privilege to refuse and return the product right away if you find a Delivered Product in Damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or Defective (faulty or malfunctioning) condition; or the Delivered Product is Incorrect (presentation different on website) / Incomplete (missing parts). In such situation, just inform our delivery personnel regarding the issue; if the delivery personnel refuses, kindly put some extra effort to call our customer care +88-096-1132-9764. You will surely get the privilege of returning or replacing the product immediately.
